Tsamma provides a WhatsApp-based recruitment platform connecting businesses with blue-collar workers. Our services include:
- Candidate registration and onboarding via WhatsApp
- Talent pool management (private and public pools)
- Interview scheduling and coordination
- Automated communication and reminders
- Document verification and compliance tracking
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use our candidate services
- Candidates must be legally permitted to work in South Africa
- Business accounts must be registered entities operating lawfully in South Africa
- You must have access to a WhatsApp-enabled device to use our recruitment features
4. User Responsibilities
You warrant and represent that:
- You will provide accurate and truthful information during registration
- You will keep your account credentials secure and confidential
- You will comply with all applicable South African labour laws and regulations
- You will not use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
- You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our platform
- You will not use the platform to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
- Any information you submit does not invade the privacy or infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
